This course prepares Breath Alcohol Technicians (BAT) AND or Drug Collector, to conduct breath tests / urine collections in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation's Alcohol Testing Procedures Rule: 49 CFR Part 40.
What is a BAT Certificate? A Breath

(BAT)
certificate
is
issued
by me
and
attests
that you
fully
understand
the
Department
of
Transportations'
(DOT)
rules
and
regulations
detailed
in their
published
document
49CFR
Part 40
as well
as
instrument
operation.
This
certificate
is
instrument
specific
and must
be
renewed
every 5
years
with the
completion
of a
(written
test) refresher
course
that can
be
mailed
directly
to you.
