Using the on
line data base and reporting you will

Have your own login access to your
test results virtually anytime and anywhere.

The on line data base allows you
to list, add, edit, delete, and print
participant information including emailing and
faxing the results to any email or fax machine
or just print out.

Allows you to update company
information such as contact, address, telephone,
email addresses and fax numbers.
·
Controls data transmissions so
information cannot be seen by anyone but the
logged in user.
·
Test results available to you as
soon as they are entered into the main module
via the Lab and or MRO.
·
Allows random pools to be updated
at your convenience.
·
To access the account you only
need a windows based computer and an internet
connection.
The cost is $28.50 per sample that is
sent to the lab no matter if its a federal
or non federal test 5 panel or 12 panel.
the fee covers the Lab, MRO and your access
to the live module database. We
invoice every two weeks, you get one
invoice from us, not the Lab nor the MRO and
give you full access to receiving all your
results via our on line data base, you can
print, forward to an email or print and fax
the results to who ever would need them.
You would add and delete names, create
your company and add the names for random
picks.
One time set up fee $50.00
you can pick a user name and pass word to
access the data base.

are due we will forward to you via email or
fax and or snail mail.
when you need a Radom
pooled all you do is call us or email.
We will supply the chain
of custody forms for the collections, lab
kits and shipping labels to send the sample
back to the lab, train your staff in the
collection process for the drug and alcohol
program for DOT compliance.
