This certificate is instrument specific and must be renewed every 5 years.
D.O.T. Recertification
The DOT (Department of Transportation) requires that each qualified collector must undergo refresher training
every five years in order to remain eligible to collect DOT specimens. [see CFR 40.33(e)]

The test for the training (Breath and or Drug) will be e-mailed to 24-32 hours of your order being processed and you have no time limit on when the test is due back. Once we receive your test and it is graded a certificate will be mailed back to you. You will be set for another five years. We also take trade ins, (Evidential) machines and your old printer... We give $200.00 off the old evidential BAT unit and $100.00 off of your printer, that's $300.00 total |
