The DOT (Department of Transportation) requires that each qualified collector must undergo refresher training

every five years in order to remain eligible to collect DOT specimens.

Getting updated is easy

Re-certification ~ Urine Collection Exam $89.00 Order   recertify for another five years

Step 1: We will email you the test to take and then you email or fax back your answers, "its that simple".  You can do your mocks with a coworker who also does collections, if you need some one to do your mocks with call us, we offer video cam

Step 2:  Fax a copy of your Urine Drug Screen cert back  to  724-354-2412 along with your test.

Step 3: your new certificate will be mailed to you shortly after you fax your test back.

Our training center is located in Shelocta, Pa Classes are also held at the training center if you would prefer to do your training with us in person..

The test for the training (Breath and or Drug) will be e-mailed to 12-24 hours of your order being processed and you have no time limit on when the test is due back.   Once we receive your test and it is graded a certificate will be mailed back to you.  You will be set for another five years.
